"I hate this place it’s not habitable for anyone let alone women & children it’s roach & mice infested it’s unacceptable to have roaches crawling near where u keep your toothbrushes or where u have to cook. It doesn’t matter how much u clean the problems are never ending. They have one man coming to spray some watered down solution & even then he doesn’t come often enough to keep things under control"
"I stay here and I do not recommend. Security is horrible and the office people isn’t any help they let the security run everything as if your renting from them . . ."
"UPDATE: Two words: Package theft. I have had packages stolen from the very beginning. I have to work, so I'm not home most days. Big mistake. From the very beginning I have had an entire mattress delivered from Amazon stolen, a small lap desk, a today my order from Temu, gone. I try to have things delivered to an Amazon locker. But I wanted to see if my package would be anywhere today. It's not. Their response the first time "it happens". It's not supposed to happen! Thankfully Temu is dirt cheap. But something has to give. The move in process is pretty smooth and the rent is reasonable compared to other places in the area. My 1 bedroom apartment is a decent size for me. There are a lot of rules but overall it's pretty nice."
"First week in it was so cold my foot went NUMB, it was around 32°. I called and asked why we didn't have heat and nothing was done! So I bought a space heater, 2nd week idk what they've looking for that security guard broke my groceries in the back and a giant bottle of soy sauce exploded everywhere with my children in the back. He said I had to talk to management about it, I don't have money to detail my car so!!"
"I was recently a tenant at Whispering Oaks Apartments. I moved out early March. My leaving was because of my personal health situation. The manager Juan and staff was very friendly and extremely supportive. I truly appreciate them. Thank you all for all you do."
