"Horrible place after Bender Managment came in. Their managment team is a mess, not to mention their maintenance crew. This is how they left my unit after our water heater broke. Also, we where going to live under these conditions with a $500-650 increase in rent and month by month contract. We got out of there as fast as we could. Update: the reason we left is because Bender Managment never fixed our water heater we had cold water after a new one was incorrectly installed and the maintenance crew left the kitchen in the conditions shown in the picture reflecting the kitchen ripped apart, parts from other abandoned units where assembled randomly into my unit pictures say for itself. None of these problems where addressed when brought up, who would do that to their tenants such utter of respect and morals. Why would you want me to contact you now to learn about the problem when we spoke for 2-3 months straight leading me to legally break my contract for the deplorable conditions I was left under."

"The complex is in a good location and feels safe. However, I have had several issues with management and maintenance staff since moving in several months ago. Just a few examples are a credit that was due to me not being placed on my account for three months that required me to call repeatedly, and maintenance staff taking weeks/months to fix an issue, showing up early in the morning without prior notice after several weeks, and having an uncomfortable experience with an employee that required an incident form. My apartment was also renovated prior to moving in and looks nice on the surface, but has many cosmetic errors throughout. This review was written after an email for a 'community survey' was sent to tenants and instead brought us to Google. The new property manager Ruby is a welcome addition though and hopefully will improve things!"

"This has been a great place to live, management Ruby is new and making noticeable improvements. Don and Cruz always show up when work orders are submitted. Great team!!!"

"I have enjoyed living at Medinah Terrance. I was living there before it was brought by the new management company. There has been a few issues with parking since there are not assigned stickers like there was before. I feel the parking should be a priority, however I understand that they are trying to figure things out and are working as quick as they can. The management team is friendly and they communicate changes like water shut off right away by sending text and emails, although sometimes they are very short notice. I hope to see more improvement once they are done making all the changes that they are working on at this time."
