"DON'T DO IT. PROPERTY MANAGER FORCES EMPLOYEES TO DO HER JOB AND GETS ALL THE CREDIT. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE ON A HIGH PRICED SECTION 8 BUILDING,THEN THIS IT. THEY EXPECT EVERYONE TO PAY ON TIME, BUT NOTHING EVER GETS DONE."

"We just moved in to the Colonial Village on August 1st, 2023. We are very impressed with the whole apartment complex. We are especially happy with the office staff, house keeping, and the maintenance staff. During the heat wave, with temps over 100 degrees, our air conditioner stopped working properly. It became 80 degrees in our apartment, and we called the office to inform them. They replaced the air conditioner in 2 hours. 2 HOURS, who does that? I've never heard of such fast service anywhere else."

"Please be careful if you currently live here or if you are thinking about moving here. A relative of mine came home to a lot of missing items from their apartment. I’m surprised that there was not an email sent to residents in regards to this matter. People need to know if there is a potential robber with in the area or with in the building. Whoever did this will NOT get away with it! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Safety NEEDS to be a priority."

"I love it here. I am going in to my 4th year and any time I've needed something they have gone above and beyond what I expected. The latest today was my air-conditioner not working properly. They could have just fixed it but I came home to a brand new unit! I was so happy and it feels so good in here right now. The 90's are coming this weekend and I'll be prepared. The apartments are nice and spacious. The rent is reasonable for all you get. I don't plan on going anywhere for a very long time if I can help it!"
