"Absolutely impressed with Park Butterfield & their services!! Moved in roughly almost a year ago, my son & i's first apartment together & we couldnt be happier. Everybody here is so sweet & welcoming the staff is outstanding & the maintenance guys are pretty quick to come and fix something if needed within the next day!! Community is nice too, not trashy or dirty, very clean and nice to have a pool close by for the summer time :) very pleased to be a part of this community & friends!!! Thanks Park Butterfield for welcoming us with open arms & taking care of me n my lil one !"

"Miss informed information and billed incorrectly but still stuck on resident to pay. Also avoids to discuss and properly break down account balance. Looks of the site are beautiful but would rather live else where I’m treated with respect and not avoided because management doesn’t know how to do their job correctly. Office people still can’t seem to provide correct info - call back was made but it was only after this review was posted. Back down the same road again unfortunately! No explanation and at this point all I want to do is provide my rent I’m truly responsible for until lease is up. Please consider Emerald Pointe Apartments and Fairhaven Crossing Apartments about 5 mins away. Not quite as nice but definitely worth less of a headache. I even believe one if not both have utilities included as this one you pay all utilities in addition to rent. If I could give no stars, I truly would. They have turned things around. I really appreciate the change and concern. Updating my review because my frown was turned upside down!"

"apartment hallway smelled like cat urine it was so bad! So we had to pass on renting from this place.and then for $1400 the appliances in apt were so outdated and trashy comparing to the models they shown. NOT worth it!"

"Updating my review from 3 star to 5 star. Recently the service provided by leasing office has been improved greatly! Previously it was not so good but now things have changed. Leasing office conducts multiple events and raffle competitions which is really exciting."
