"We only stayed for a year but honestly I would have, hands down, stayed longer but our family is on to another adventure. The area is great for walking and the neighbors are honestly the nicest people you'll meet. I've had a neighbor bring my doggo treats "just because." Also, Joe is awesome! For our little girl he gave her a Christmas stocking and Easter basket. You should see all the treats he gives the tenant's kids! When we first moved in we had a maintained issue (it's a building things happen) and within 20 minutes a guy was out to fix it. If we need to come back to apartment life Joe is the first person I'll be contacting."

"Of all the places I have rented as a military member (Navy) this one has topped them all. The price is right, 30 minutes to base and lots of stuff to do around the area and most importantly PET FRIENDLY. Joe is the hardest working maintenance manager I've ever met, rain or shine (and makes a mean Italian beef!!). Zero noise complaints whatsoever and awesome neighbors. My boyfriend lost his really expensive watch one night and the next morning found that someone had picked it up and set it on his truck....if I find myself in the situation to rent again it will be here."

"Lived here for about 2.5 years. First place I lived on my own. It was very quiet and out of the way so it didn't get a lot of foot traffic which was nice. It was also very pet friendly and the area around the apartment complex was great for walking my dog. I moved in under the previous manager John and when he retired and Joe came on it was a night and day difference. He was very attentive and personable and any problem I had he was able to resolve in no time. I think this is a good choice for someone moving out on their own for their first time and the newly remodeled units look amazing."

"First off I'd like to start off by saying whoever wrote that review about Joe being a psychopath and this place being scary is completely full of crap. Joe has been nothing but kind to my son, boyfriend and I. He even made my son a stocking and left it at our door during Christmas time. As far as this place being scary ....ya right... I've lived her for almost a year now and plan on renewing my lease. I've lived in this neighborhood my entire life and the updates to this complex have been because of Joe and definitely noticeable. NEW LED LIGHTING in the parking lot (NOT DARK OR SCARY), the landscaping is always maintained (mulch,flowers,grass cut) and not to mention a nice quiet place with friendly attendants. He also just recently made updates to our laundry room. All the balcony's have new wood and are stained to match the brick on the building. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Cant wait to see what updating he does this summer inside and out. THANKS JOE AND HERITAGE GREEN!! My experience here has been great. If i could give it 10 stars I would."
