"They only allow 1 parking spot for one bedroom apartments even if you have more then 1 adult, there’s no guest parking, building has roaches and bedbugs, laundry rooms are bug infested, have trashy residents that steal packages, doors stay unlocked, management doesn’t allow animals over 15 pounds but that maintenance worker florin owns 2 very large and loud German shepherds that just sit outside all day, they have installed nice floorings and have been remolding, but residents are still trashy living in roach infested apartments and allowing kids to leave food and trash in common walkways. -10/10 do not live here"

"The apartments do not appeal to one who would walk in, the first thing one would notice would be, old outdated decorations. Followed by an old irredescent smell of smoke.The buildings are infected with cockroaches and bedbugs.The on-site manager is very disrespectful, rude, racist. He has cused at my child before for no apparent reason. Do not rent at these apartments. There small, outdated, old. Save your money rent elsewhere."
