"I’ve lived here for 17 years and absolutely love living here. The building is always clean and tidy. The property manager, Admira is always there if you need her for anything. If you need something fixed she gets it done right away. The staff is friendly and has become my friends. The apartments are oversized and spacious. The remodeling they’re doing is phenomenal! And the rental charge is very reasonable. I have always felt safe here and always walk in to see a friendly face. They have a nice workout room, vending machines and plenty of washers and dryer‘s. I highly recommend Northgate Apartments for your next home."

"Management is very good. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. Price is very reasonable for the location. I've been here for a week and so far there are no complaints about the neighbors. Also, the place is pretty clean. There's a bunch of parking space. Radiant heat is nice and keeps the the electricity cost down in the winter. Management is redoing the carpeting, flooring, and bathrooms in many of the units before leasing them again, so you should get something pretty new if you're looking to move in."
