"What can I say, we were in town for Liftmaster training and this hotel was close by. We found the rooms very clean and front end staff great. Breakfast was also good. We booked 3 rooms, only problem was when we checked out on the Thursday morning and we got to the airport, two of my guys went to use there air pods and both sets had been stolen by the cleaning staff. Anyone staying here I would be keeping any valuables with you or check you have them before you leave."

"The water pressure is non existent and you won’t get any sleep if the room next door has the TV on. The walls must be made of paper. Also there was a greasy hand print on the window."

"I had made a mistake with our reservation, and the guy at the desk helped me fix it. He then found us a room and a deal. The room was nice, the breakfast was fine (typical for these hotels)."

"Dana Fritz was a very helpful employee who treated us in the best possible way! I had not been in Chicago for decades and she helped me get things done that I needed. I was with the Everett Dean band on Saturday night and Ashley Underwood and I stayed in your Hotel that night. Ashley is handicapped so he got the bed and I got the couch bed and it was uncomfortable because I am 6 foot 3 inches tall and weigh 218 pounds and I kept feeling the metal through the thin mattress. When I told Dana about it she got me some blankets that actually made it more comfortable for me and I seriously appreciate her effort. I also needed some local information and she helped me find what I needed. And getting Ashley and his wheelchair in and out of your building would have been hard for me but she helped by opening some doors and that was a very helpful thing! I think that she is a great employee for you!"

"I booked a block of rooms and the meeting room for my recent wedding and was extremely happy with how everything turned out. The rooms were clean and the overall service, attentiveness, and helpfulness of the staff was great. Julie was fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She helped me book my room block, meeting room, and answered all of my questions. She made everything easy for me and put me at ease when planning the hotel and meeting room portion of my wedding day. The staff made sure the meeting room where the girls were getting ready was cleaned and set up the way I needed it to be for hair and makeup artists. Overall, the rooms, location, and staff members were great and made everything perfect for my wedding events!"
