"We checked in on Friday and we had no water. We stayed from Friday to Friday and they only cleaned our room once . No towels and the bathtub was clogged. And when I took my problems to the front desk she stated to argue with me."

"If I could give this hotel less than one star I would. We came to Chicago from Cancun and our flight to Omaha was cancelled. This is the hotel American Airlines put us in for the first night we were stranded here. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The rooms are so dirty. The hotel has leaks in the ceilings. There were some sketchy guys in the lobby late at night. The room door was not secure and my daughters and I did not feel safe at all. The smell of Marijuana was strong in the hallways. Someone was in the lobby at midnight when we got here yelling about bugs in her room and they said there weren't any bugs in the rooms. We just had a lot of dead flies in ours. I throughly checked for bed bugs and didn't see any sign of them, Thank God. We are leaving early and finding a hotel somewhere else for tonight. The smoke detector in the room was covered with a plastic bag for some reason."

"The location was not an issue, although everything else was. Bathroom was disgusting. The felt like it had grease on it and the bedding was not clean. Had to ask for new sheets. The breakfast they had, might well go pay for a decent breakfast"

"I see that the rating is not great for this hotel, but I don't think it's right. We spent a week here and it was ok for the money. Big, clean room, in very good shape furniture, hot water, nice bathroom, decent breakfast, nice people, good area for going to the airport, leaving the car here or visiting Chicago. Also felt safe. I'm writing this review because I stayed in a lot of Ins and cheaper hotels and this was one of the best. But if you want a 5 star hotel, you just need to choose better (and pay more, of course :)"

"Unclean hairs in the shower, stain on the bed, ac unit was not wiped down, breakfast fruits were old and looked like they were about to expire. Staff is rude. Guy checking me in was on a personal call when I was checking in delaying my check in. There are hotels at a similar rate in this area that I have stayed in that are nicer and will have a clean room to stay in."
