"I suppose OK overall, and I really appreciated them getting me in quickly—but I really hated how this one technician nearly strangled my dog right in front of me to position her so the vet could look in her ear. I felt really uncomfortable with how she handled the situation, and being from out of town and having dozens of experiences with other vets and other animals in my life, I know it’s not the norm. It was honestly really disturbing, and I think any pet owner would have been upset. If she needed to do that, she should have warned me and explained it would be necessary and allowed me to at least consent. I also specifically marked YES in response to an intake form question about whether I wanted all examinations to happen right in front of me, but they STILL took my pup to the back without my consent, and she seemed really bewildered when she returned. Overall, I trust this clinic—but I think they need to train some of the technicians to handle animals a bit better so they don’t feel like someone is trying to harm them and don’t alarm their owners with their care."
"Want to Say thank you so much for the work y’all have done for me, In an unexpected event. I have had my cat Charlie for 14 years and I never went through having an animal that would eventually pass. Charlie lived a good life, had him since 2010. My mother thought it was a good idea to bring in an animal. Since I was going through rough times, Charlie has been through a lot and I am glad I got to share good moments with him. But I want to thank you at the Clinic for all your help. Made everything go so smoothly. Charlie is now home. May he rest in peace in cat heaven."

"Dr. Murphy is always so nice and caring to us and our dogs. The vet techs are sweet and allow us to go back with them to weigh our dogs and do the bloodwork because my dogs are very anxious. Really caring and empathetic staff."
