"I have been living here since 2021 and its great. Parking lot is clean, it gets plowed quickly during the winter, I never have trouble finding a parking spot. Whenever I have a mantinance issue it is usually fixed or gotten to in less then a week. The rent is fairly cheap for the area that its in.Walking distance of the public library and plenty or restaurants. Neighbors are also often friendly."

"These apartments are old but well maintained. The office staff is friendly. The units are small but good value for price. Every time I have visited it has been quiet. I have not experienced need to call for maintenance yet so can't speak to that."

"Pros: rent is generally cheap. Cons: property manager Kay is rude, any requests to get things fixed or replaced is met with excuses or she will just ignore the request. The element in the freezer would go out every few months after the 6th time it was "fixed" we requested a new refrigerator and she ignored our request. All the electric is out of date, the will make changes without notifying you until the day before. The property upkeep is nonexistent, more worried about putting a coat of paint than actually fixing anything. Refuses to fix the "parking lot" refuses to fix anything. Landlord? More like slumlord. Worst 3 years ever. Update apparently after we washed the carpets before leaving they charged us $220 for carpet cleaning......"

"Terrible place to live!!! I spent several years here. Whenever anything went wrong we were told "It's only a rental" and "to deal with it" or I would just fix things myself. Kay is rude, tells you what you need to hear at the time, then doesn't live up to her word. I was just shafted out of $400 of my $700 security deposit because of "carpet fixes." Normal apartment complexes replace the carpet when a tenant moves out, not here! I had to pay for the "carpet fixes." When I moved in, Pets were allowed. When that policy changed and no one was notified. I only found out when I tried to get another animal and was abruptly told that I wasn't living in a pet friendly neighborhood anymore. The windows are thinner than Saran Wrap. If anyone is outside talking they may as well been standing next to you in your bedroom. There is no incentive to improve the living arrangements or the state of the building. Bats have been in the attic (no, I'm not kidding). Water leaked through the foundation, building is leaning. Bottom line...look somewhere else to live. I'm happy that I'm not there anymore."

"I visited this place a few weeks ago and was immediately unhappy with my experience as soon as I met the manger, Kay. She was very rude and did not look interested at all with helping me out. She has the worst attitude, I do not know who told her to work here. She is definitely not a people person, first impressions are very important and after meeting her I immediately lost interest and did not want to know more about these apartments. They look nice, they're in a safe neighborhood, just not interested after this visit."
