"Lived here for 3 years. The landlord was nice and helpful during time of service request! Moving in and moving out was an easy transition. They have a laundry room that is clean and maintained regularly (definitely no smell, which I have experienced in other apartment complexes). I also like that we had designated parking spots. Over all my time here was enjoyable and was at a reasonable price. The location is in a nice area, very close to downtown Batavia. The fox river is walking distance away! Very nice area for biking, especially because the trail goes through many points with lots things to do! Highly recommend living here."

Owner and property manager were extremely welcoming and accommodating, overall very genuine family that runs the complex and goes above and beyond for all the tenants! Complex itself was very well maintained, owner really takes care of both the inside and outside of the complex. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood right off of route 31, great location walking distance from Downtown Batavia and the fox river trail, there is a church across the street so you'll frequently hear the church bells in the distance if you leave your windows open which was so peaceful!"
