"The outside needs work, when inside, mold and mildew smell very strong. Place needs a complete remodeling and a deep clean."

"They will tow your car and damage it without any help after the fact. They are terrible with maintenance requests. Old complex with constant issues and no help from the office or maintenance. Had my pipe burst and they left it for days. Did not even turn the water off when they discovered the issue. They will not answer the phone to any requests once they have your number saved. They overcharge for what you get, avoid at all costs Edit: the complex and the maintenance team has begun harassing me and throwing away my patio furniture, that is allowed on patios, because of this review. I just had to go dumpster dive for my table and chairs back. If you’re considering moving here just never do it"

"They literally will tow your car for the dumbest rules and I understand every place has rules but if your going to have rules were if I park backwards or expired tags I will get towed put in on a piece of paper or on board states somewhere and on top of that they don't keep up with keeping parks or landscaping looking nice and the apartments are okay at best the water is terrible smells like fish water and the office never answers and if they do they are rude and won't help you at all I get your running a business but if you just think about the money and not the actual apartments and people it will just go down hill and keep in mind if you're parking your cars here they have catalytic converter stealing problem but yet again would rather focus on people parking wrong and the cheap fixes they do are terrible would not recommend And management is terrible and maintenance is even worse just walks around doing nothing"

"Lived for almost 2 years. I really enjoy my apartment and the community environment. If I have an issue, management has maintenance over to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. Near the high school, so the only noise is marching band practice in the warmer months (if you keep your windows open), but it's actually pretty pleasant. No noise through walls, no major issues, friendly neighbors. VERY close to A TON of really great stores. And there's a pool. I'd definitely recommend Green Meadows to anyone looking for an apartment."
