"To Emily (location manager): Please don’t allow members like Jackie taint what Banfield should stand for: the wellbeing of pets. Today I experienced what is the most disgusting call I ever had. When my dog is having an emergency, Banfield WILL NOT take him, and even offered to cancel our plan if we did not line the way things are. They did not even allow us to ask questions, did not want us to speak to the vet there."
"STAY AWAY! I pay for their most expensive plan, and I have been coming here for years. Yesterday was the first time my dog had a real emergency. When I tried contacting them to bring my dog as en emergency, they denied looking at him/taking him because they were “full” and no appointments for the next week. My dog almost died, I had to take him to another super expensive ER. This is shameful and honestly they don’t care for your pet, just your money."
