"I felt comfortable here from the moment I walked in -- they manage to be professional but homey at the same time. All the staff were really kind and took time to make sure my dog felt comfortable and that I had plenty of information to make decisions. After being told my dog needed major, expensive, and dangerous surgery by VCA Becker animal hospital, this vet quickly ascertained that, no, antibiotics and hot compresses would be sufficient -- and she was right. So glad my dog is well and we didn't subject her to unnecessary surgery."

"The customer service here is horrible! The answering of the phone is rude! I called to ask if they accept walk ins. The lady that answered the phone was very rude, she said her greeting and ask can she put me on hold I said I just have a quick question she said nothing and immediately put me on hold basically hanging up in my face! I would never trust my dog/pet going to these people."
