"Beautiful, clean facility. Everything is new. We have not boarded our dogs here, we took training classes here that helped a lot. Both human and puppy training issues are addressed in class and that IS essential to success. We did have communication issues with management over requirements. One associate says one thing, another has a different point of view. Their communication needs to sync."
