"I adopted Alita from SAPA and I'm so happy. The process was so simple and well worth it. The volunteers are very kind, and helpful. They all work so hard to place the sweetest animals in good homes."

"Looking to foster or adopt? A charity to donate to? SAPA saves lives with their urgent actions to prevent pets from getting euthanized. It’s a trustworthy organization & the staff are very dedicated. We adopted from Sapa & it only cost $25 which already includes vaccinations, microchip and other discounts."

"I adopted a dog from here that was heartworm positive. Instead of the $25 dollar fee because she was slated to be euthanized, I paid $60 to have SAPA treat her for heartworms. I've had her since Sept. 2016. She still has heartworms. I'm treating her myself because SAPA only pulls animals they can make money on. They euthanized animals that will cost them money. I've been very disappointed in SAPA. Update: I have now treated my adopted furbie successfully with .2 ml of Sheep Drench per day for 12 months. She is happy and healthy! She loves her adopted brothers and sisters! She's playful and loving and has a huge heart! (The sheep drench can be purchased at Tractor Supply stores for about $32. One 8 oz container successfully treated Tali's HW and I use it to treat all of my dogs for prevention once a month. 1/3 of the container still remains. It takes so little to treat. .2 ml/cc for a 50-60 pound dog. That is 2/10th's of an ml/cc! Per day. For 12-18 months depending on the degree of infection.)"
