"Overall, inconsistent, lack of attention to detail, and beyond slow. Time is of the essence when TTC so our experience was beyond disappointing. Red flags right from the start, it over a week and 4 phone calls to finally get my fertility awareness test booked and the scheduler only called me at off hours like 7:30 PM. While I was there I had a perfectly normal experience, everyone was very kind. I was told results in about 15 business days and my spouse had 30 calendar days to submit his sample. Due to my ovulation schedule and his work schedule, he delivered two weeks later but they couldn’t find him in the system because his name and email was entered wrong. He was told 5-7 business days for his results and they gave him patient portal information. I thought that was odd because I was told I’d get a call and was not given portal information. Once I reachedy 15 business days and didn’t have results I called reception only to be rudely told “who said that? It’s 30 days for women’s results.” And given a patient portal after informing them I didn’t receive that. Flash forward to the 30 day mark both of us ended up calling because we had no results only to learn that they didn’t have any way but email to reach the nurse educator and they would reach out to me when they could. I called again a day or two later and left a message. Days later I got my results at another odd hour like 8 PM and was assured my husband’s results were also being uploaded to his portal. Still nothing and now we’re over one month from his drop-off date and no one is answering the phone."

"After moving, and my previous FCI doctor retired, I was nervous to start over at the new Mokena location. But what I love about FCI is all the locations work together and all of my information was transferred seemlessly. Dr. Hobieka was wonderful and continued right where I had left off. We got pregnant during our first cycle attempt! The new office is beautiful and welcoming. I have been to many FCI sites and this one is definitely one of the best. The staff was always friendly and worked with me even when I need to switch appointment dates/times. If this baby were not our last, I would have no hesitation to return to FCI in Mokena and Dr. Hobieka! Thank you for helping us complete our family!"
