"The care I received from Dr. Connor Shaw was perfect ! He showed care and concern for me as his patient. However, the lady Crystal at the front desk was very rude, raised her voice, and treated me with with complete disrespect. I was also accused by another employee of slamming a door which was a false accusation. These employees need some training on how to treat the patients."
"I have arthritis in the full length of my spine and am in constant pain. I’m getting an MRI at Silver Cross and had a series of X-rays at Parkview’s office. My next visit with NP Connor Shaw will be my pain management plan. I can’t have surgery but with the help of Connor I will be able to manage my PAIN. What a great young man he is."
"I went to Parkview, orthopedic with neck pain. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner Connor was great. He explained thoroughly in understandable terms what was going on in my neck, causing the pain and came up with non-surgical treatments that should help. Physical therapy through Parkview is next. I highly recommend this place and look forward to continued service from them."
