"We love Dr. Tomlinson! He's so kind and patient, and you can tell he really cares about animals. He's also no nonsense, and doesn't try to sell you on anything you don't need. The prices are also very reasonable. We moved away from Grapevine but we still take our pets here!"

"Dr Tomlinson and Dr Drexel have been wonderful to all four of my dogs. However recently one of my older dogs got a small bite but I couldn't tell how bad it was and Sergio insisted that they were booked and that I should take the doctor the ER even though I was driving there during business hours and they could have easily taking a quick look then refer me to the emergency clinic, if necessary. All I needed was a quick look and some antibiotics and after years of being a loyal customer and referring them to numerous other customers I have to say that I received less than minimal attention on that very stressful day. Since then I have written three emails requesting copies of my animals records and offering to pay thing to cover their time making those records. So far not even a phone call let alone an email reply. Major disappointment on the staff and I am certain that neither doctor Tomlinson or Dr Drexel ever heard about the plight that Sergiot put me through... This sad because I referred them to so many people and I now regret having done so."

"I write this review with a broken heart but I must commend these guys. We had a situation where our puppy had Parvo and the difficult decision had to be made. The amount of kindness expressed from the Vet and the rest of the staff was so kind and overwhelming. They made an extremely difficult situation even the slightest bit better and the way everything was handled was above and beyond the call of their job. I recommend this office in the highest regards and I thank them immensely for their kindness and understanding during our time of heartbreak. Their love for your animals is felt the minute you walk in."

"We have used NW Plaza Animal Hospital since we first brought our dog home at 7.5 weeks. I think they are a great vet clinic. It reminds me of a small town vet. It's not fancy, but they get job done well, quickly and kindly for us and our dog. Our dog loves going there. I didn't realize how much I like them until we moved and used a different vet. It took more than twice as long to do our dog's annual check-up as it does at NW Animal Plaza. They performed all the same tests and checks. It was also twice the cost. It is very easy to communicate with both Dr. Drexler and Dr. Tomlinson. They have been spot-on with the couple of diagnoses our dog has needed in our 13 years there. And, they provided very reasonable cost solutions. I definitely recommend them for very good care and reasonable costs."

He has found a few other vets we tried first to be expensive and not very helpful, but this vet has been great fit for us.
