Great with the kids, my son loves it. They know what they're doing and produce champions. "I really do like the atmosphere here, first thing I noticed after I started going is that everybody is very welcoming. I asked questions and the boxers in there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Coach has a great sense of humor, the classes he puts us through are very challenging. Never knew my shoes could be drenched in sweat LOL. I have always been into the weights but this outlet helped me find that hunger and desire for fitness again."
"I started at this gym as one of Coach Ed's first students. I had learned to box at other gyms before but Coach Ed has helped guide me to have better hands but also have a better work ethic.
