"The female therapist was talking to almost everyone and did seem uninterested in her work. I have to fully agree with the statement that also states this as well. She told me to take a hot bath, breathe and turn my neck (which is injured). I changed locations as a result of this lack of concern. Again, it did seem the gentleman working the front desk cared a far greater deal and he was a student. I wish he already had graduated because he was lovely to work with on paperwork and helping me understand terminology."

"Never focus on the actual person in therapy and tend to always talk to each and not even pay attention to the actual person the needs help. There is 2 good employee in there the 2 physical therapist that are male they actually pay attention and make sure you do good. The women therapist always is talking to other people always seems uninterested in her job and is always talking to other people. She did the bare minimum to help unlike the man who actually went lengths to help his customers please focus on your customers and be more like the male therapist please and thanks you . Never coming here again all the reviews are a lie don’t believe them. Don’t give these people your money"

"i have just started therapy at ATI. i had home therapy following a Hip replacement on July 17, developed a hip infection that set my progress back as the physician dced therapy. i have had slow progress as i have had a lot of pain in my knee and up to the top of my leg. ATI therapist Carolyn and Lorenzo have both been patient with me, which i appreciate tremendously! We are working on strengthening and range of motion….i have every confidence that with their programs, i will regain the abilities i had before surgery. Good news is that my hip is pain free!"

"I spent many, MANY hours at this facility due to an injury, surgery and then a second unexpected surgery. I could not be happier with my experience. ALL of the staff are amazing! I mainly worked with Brian and Maggie, who were both exceptional. They were so helpful, understanding and informative. They listened to my concerns and urged me to advocate for myself when I knew something wasn't right along the way. Chase and Jason were always so kind and willing to assist with whatever I needed. Although I typically did not work with Kristin, she was always kind and willing to give input and help when asked or if she noticed I might have needed it. I’m so very thankful for each and every person at ATI Oswego (RT 34). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy!"
