"The whole team at Dr.Fox is very attentive, answer all our questions and concerns. Dr. Fox himself outstanding professional- I recently took my som for a ingrown nail procedure and he was very patient with him during the whole process. I myself went there for a issue and got it diagnosed and received proper treatment - recommended!"

"Beware of their billing! I went in with Blue Cross Blue shield. When I walked in to check in, the woman stated I never gave them my insurance. I stated that I gave it to them over the phone when I made the appointment. She apologized said oh yes, here it is, I'll call right now." Well, I waited about 15 minutes for the doctor to come in the room she could have come in and told me I didn't have any coverage. Nothing of the sort happened. When I came out of the appointment, she apologized and said I had no insurance coverage and I had to pay in full. I joked what's the damage it wasn't horrible. I paid with my credit card and went on my way. I then a month and a half later get a bill for over $400. $700 and something in total, but my insurance company now magically covered some. I called the doctor's office and said I was told I had no coverage and that I had to pay in full. How did my insurance all of a sudden pay some. She stated that now that they paid a certain amount, I'm responsible for the rest. I explained that when I checked out, I was told I had no insurance, and I had to pay in full. Now that the insurance paid some, you're giving me a tremendously higher bill. She was of no help other than asking me if I wanted to start a payment plan. I said no as I don't owe that money. I asked her to pretend I still wasn't insured and what is that amount. She said she could not do that anymore as the insurance company paid something. Fast forward I have now been in collections for a long time. With a collection company that will not negotiate and not really talk to me. The doctor's office will not take my calls or speak because I'm in collections, so nothing can get resolved. I find this extremely unprofessional and greedy. I am huge on principle and my ethics. I get that people make mistakes. But when you make a mistake own it, correct it somehow, and don't screw someone over because you made a mistake. The collection company won't even ask them to take a negotiated amount. If you're going to go to this office check 300 times your medical bill process before you take a risk of walking in. They aren't for the patient or repeat customers."

"Dr. Fox is awful. I've not only had to have my surgery done by him corrected by a different orthopedic surgeon, but I've also know multiple other patients of his that have had the same problem. He has a HORRIBLE bedside manner. On top of that the day of the surgery afterwards my husband told me that Dr. Fox repeatedly kept running out to his camper trailer while the nurses and anesthesiologist were prepping me while my husband and sister were both forced to sit in the waiting room (I've never had this problem at any other facility). He also brought up last minute how if this surgery doesn't work out than he can do a more immensive surgery. I should have seen that as a warning sign since it seemed like he didn't have much confidence in his own abilities. Afterwards, I was sent back to work prematurely via medical leave of absence. I was told that I was supposed to have two MRIs and follow up apts. After the first MRI they said I was ok even though I repeatedly told the doctor that's not right. 2 weeks after the office released me they called me and said that I actually did indeed need a second MRI. When I confronted the receptionist over the phone when she called me telling me I had to go back, I tried to kindly tell her that I was switching doctors and why, and she actually started crying and babbling. Which makes me think this wasn't the first time that this had happened"

"I have been to 4 different podiatrists trying to find one who would actually help my daughter’s feet, instead of just passing them off as “cosmetic” and told to use over-the-counter medications. Dr Fox took the time to explain her condition, options for treatment, and truly wanted to help. It’s been 2 months since our first appointment and there has been a significant improvement. The entire staff is great (especially Savanna) and I would highly recommend Dr Fox!"
