"Terrible place. Takes forever to get you in and the people who work here are extremely rude and "fake nice". The person doing my vitals was fine and so fast, told me my tests will take about 15 minutes. It's was over 2 hours and I was still sitting in the room waiting. It was to the point where the lights in the room turned off... multiple times. When asked about bathroom, got rudely told "Be quiet and wait. I'll answer you soon". Excuse me? They need to hire more people if they are busy or actually get people who are competent and compassionate enough to care for people."
"Check in was made very easy by receptionist and was seen almost immediately. Nurse checked me after doing a brief history and was seen by a nurse practitioner before he was finished. Practitioner was great with a exam and had my prescription sent to my Pharmacy of choice. Was in and in a half hour. I would recommend this office to anyone"
"Very polite staff. Well organized. Helpful. Doctor very patient in listening, and explained her finding. I am very happy that I went there. And I do believe that I am going to feel better soon. Gave very good instructions on what to do and what not to do. I really appreciated that. Keep up the good work. Sick people need caring people."
