"The Nurse practitioner was patient and took the time to listen and explain. I did hurry over at 5 pm when I realized they wouldn't be open Saturday. Which surprised me. It seems there are many people who can't make it in week days."
"I asked them to call me directly & the doctor reassured me that he would put it on my paper work to make sure I was the only one who got a call about my situation & as soon as I got home my mother got a call & she was then told all my all my business witch, I specifically was told would NOT happen I’m 17 years old I should be able to have privacy if I asked for it , I’m very disappointed in all the people that were there yesterday & were told not to do this. so I give zero stars you guys are liers and should be more honest with your younger patients if your not gonna do exactly as you say you are & it’s the fact yall reassured me right before I left and then that’s what yall chose to do , as soon as I left . I will not be coming back & yall bathrooms dirty ."
"I have gone to the Paddock Lake Aurora Urgent Care facility several times. The whole team is top notch. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the practitioners, they listen and provide great advice. Easier to deal with, and same quality care, for those one-off illnesses and accidents."
"Yesterday was the first time that I visited this walk-in clinic. They were quite busy, but very attentive to my needs. From the front desk, to Ursula, the APNP, the RN and the x-ray technician. Very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Explained everything from beginning to end. Even though it was 10 minutes from closing time, I did not feel that I was being rushed in any way . I recommend this location to anyone that needs medical attention. I would not hesitate to return for any of my medical needs when necessary. Thank you all very much for your hard work and compassion."
"Went into the urgent care and everyone was great except the nurse practitioner (Shelly)was very rude and kept asking what they wanted to do for me. I have upper back pain on the right side with nausea. She told me that my symptoms are very vague and nothing they could do to help me. I will never go back there again!!!"
