"I do not recommend it, they lied about the bill !!!! I was a patient at the clinic in 2023 When I asked about the coverage and pay, I was told the price per session and since it was to high for me I said I will NOT do it. The office staff advised that they will check again and advise me if it will cheaper. I asked them if I should check with insurance and they told me not to. They came back later saying that everything is covered by insurance and I started PT. After couple of sessions insurance denied more sessions but Ivy Rehab advised that they can help me and open a new claim so I keep coming. Again I asked if I should check with insurance to which they said that I should not and that they will deal with insurance. After 15 sessions I am faced with a bill (the bill is the amount the advised the first time when I advised them it’s to much and I will not do it). Ivy rehab is not taking accountability for the misinformation they spread. Please double check directly with your insurance and do not let yourself be tricked into more sessions and be responsible for a bill you did not agree to from the begging."
