"My child's soccer pictures were absolutely horrible. The color was way off. Her team had green shirts on and under their necks it is green on all the children's picture. For what you pay and what you get is horrible."

"I placed a $30 order for two 8x10 basketball team photos for my son and his cousin on July 17, 2021 I received only one photo in the mail on August 2. I called the number given in the receipt, and after several attempts was lucky enough to reach a guy by the name of Brian. He asked me to provide the kid's name only. I sent all relevant information regarding the transaction on August 3. On August 12, I called again, and was lucky enough to reach the same guy. It appeared he had no idea about what had happened. After I explained again and asked him to check his account for my August 3 email, he finally understood, and explained that it would take the company up to 2 weeks to send customers photos because the photos need to be processed and printed out somewhere in New Jersey (!?) before they are mailed from NJ back to TX. What?? Anyway, he promised the photo would arrive within that week (that is, by Sunday, August 15, 2021). On August 21, the last day of my son's basketball camp, I called several times and left voice messages, but they neither answered nor called me back. I called them again today (August 24) to no avail. This company is neither professional nor responsible at all. If there were zero star option then that would be what they deserve to receive!! Stay away, and don't trust them for your precious moments!"

"My experience with N The Zone photography was very positive. The quality of my photos is the same quality I have seen over the years in team sports photography. My child's photo came out great! My son is a toddler and has played 3 sports this year, so this was his third sports picture day. This is the only photo he smiled in out of three individual photos and three team photo. This was our first time working with N the Zone photography and the staff was really nice and patient working with my three year old. Once I receive my photos via mail I thought my order was incorrect. I called the company right away. Everything was explained to me. They were nice and patient in explaining everything to me. The day of pictures I was prepared for a very hectic day. But we in and out quick. From a partent with a toddler sports participant, I enjoyed my experience with N The Zone photography."

"This company was used for ballet class and individual photos with YMCA about a month ago. The paperwork was so horribly unorganized and trashy. Of course required to pay before photos are even taken. The pictures showed up at my door this past weekend and it truly looks like some junior high school dance from the 1990’s. My cell phone can take better looking pictures than these “professionals.” I hope YMCA never hires them again."

"Lousy, unorganized, last minute notice of photo shoot and pay first before photos are even taken of children's basketball league team at Navarro School in Rosenberg, Texas. No idea what the photos will look like quality wise nor if they will even be distributed but already charged to my account anyway. I don't recommend them to anyone on the basis of this experience and had to rate one star to post the review. If not it would have been zero stars.. I'm surprised the school couldn't find anything better than that for the ''Kids''.. This appears to be a business run out of a private residence meaning no brick and mortar store to visit for any reason one might have related to photos etc."
