"I’d get a good workout at the gym and would always have a good interaction with coach Taylor and Emerald but when I first signed up I was promised a free month for the first but was still charged although they claimed it was just to waive the down payment for the first month which seemed like a bit of false advertising. The time came when I had to cancel my membership due to having to travel for work, I was informed the only way to cancel my membership was to speak with with the manager and then pay a fee that was equal to about 2 months worth. Luckily I was able to find out that I had to write a email ahead of time before canceling to avoid having to pay about 2 months worth of the membership and only having to pay for about 1 months worth which I don’t recall anyone at the establishment telling me about. All in all, great place to work out and some good coaches but the practices of management seem dishonest about terms and pricing at first, good luck."

"It was definitely a workout I loved the boxing part the most the hardest one of say was the rope tugging thingy majinger but it was fun overall it wasn’t boring the people were very nice and they didn’t force anything on us they just gave us some tips to getting better at things 10/10 for sure."

"Join this gym! I’ve been a member for about 9 months and i absolutely love this place. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The workouts are so much fun and never get boring. The playlists are it. This is definitely a safe space for all fitness levels and also if you’re on the shyer side. I joined after I had my daughter when I desperately needed to do something for my physical and mental health and this place was it. Since then, I’ve lost 25 pounds, become stronger than I thought possible, and grown in self confidence. Each coach truly brings something great to the gym. Coach Krista is such a positive light that truly makes the gym into a community, Coach Joe is always so helpful and welcoming to everyone, Coach Rob is so friendly and encouraging especially if you struggle with confidence at the gym. Coach Hoopz is so much fun and her classes are lit, Coach Marquis is a professional boxer so he gives great instruction and is truly the nicest. Try out a class and I know you’ll decide to join!"
