"I decided to go elsewhere and NOT to take my children to Dr Winns office due to the $250 no show fee associated with his office. It’s winter time and anything is possible and I don’t think that is a reasonable request, and honestly concerns me about the rest of his costs for services. I truly understand the aggravation with cancelled appointments, but I’m sure that the profit that he’s making outweighs his cancelled appts losses. Greed."

"I’ve be coming to Dr. Win’s office for years, and today I was 13 min late. The first front desk person couldn’t find me in the system and then the second front desk person told me rather rudely I could no longer have my appointment, that with any lateness whatsoever meant my appointment was in jeopardy, it was entirely up to the discretion of the provider. Also discovered that I can not see an actual Dr., only PAs or nurses. Be aware."
