"I went in for my new patient exam on a mid-June Friday morning to see Dr. Laura Crandall and was so satisfied with my visit. Upon walking into the building, I was greeted with a friendly smile from a mutual friend (Katelyn) at the front desk. The wait wasn't long, paperwork and insurance went smoothly, and the receptionist gave me a welcome bag full of goodies when I was called into the room. Isaac, the medical assistant, was very kind, funny, and professional. He told me a funny story while drawing blood, a nice distraction. Dr. Crandall is also very caring, personable, and professional. She asked me a couple of times if there were specifics about my health that I wanted to discuss, informed me of her style of practice, and was overall pleasant to talk with. I felt very welcomed and comfortable at the office and will happily return for future appointments. There were nice touches all over- a welcome goody bag, magazines both in the waiting area and in the room, a couch in the room (in addition to the typical cushioned tabletop), and pictures on the walls of staff."
