"Rudest staff I've ever come across. Ever. Corporate needs a serious new hire structure. There's one lady in this office that's friendly. The older lady is RIDICULOUS. Unacceptable. I a 330 appt. She told me they didn't have an order. Made me call the doctor. After twenty minutes, come to find out, she had it the entire time . I'm currently losing my baby and she told me to come back in after I had the order. I came back in after asking her to re look for said order and dates and she told me to wait outside that she was busy working!!"

"I visited here on January 23 2024 and arrived at approximately 7am. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but none the less I had to get it done. I used the self checkin process which was easy and told me it would be 8am for my appointment which I was fine with as I had nowhere else to be that day. To my surprise I was seen in just a few minutes and the young woman in room 4 took care of me. She was friendly and very good at her job. Always go with an open mind, someone may have been having a bad day, which we all have. Perhaps there would be something you could do to make their day a little better by a kind word of encouragement or a simple prayer. My service today was excellent."

"I’ve e been going to this quest for a while now and today is finally the day I’ve decided no more. I know it’s been repeated in the reviews but the workers here are beyond unkind. And to think that they’re jabbing people with needles all day is very concerning considering they hate their jobs. I went in today and immediately the lady was very rude. She had to write in an extra note on my file and said “I’m sick of doing all of this extra work” then she drew my blood in the worst way I’ve ever had it drawn. It’s currently starting to swell. I don’t trust any of the workers there to do their jobs correctly and you really shouldn’t take the chance either. It’s worth the extra drive to some place that actually will show care when taking a needle to your skin. I’ve attached my photos below. I’ve gotten my blood drawn numerous times and it’s never been an issue until now. My techs name was Tawnya"

"I've been here many times and been waited on by several different workers. So far all have not been very friendly. I'm only giving 2 stars since I do get called in at my appointment time but that could be due to me always having early morning appointments."

"We came in as walk-ins and got in pretty quickly. Everything was clean and fast. Blood was drawn in about 5 minutes. It was super simple and easy. My big complaint is the staff is very unfriendly. They were unwelcoming and this was very new to me and I came with someone who was super nervous about getting blood drawn and they did not make it easy for us. It’s easy to see the staff here do not enjoy their jobs."
