He has been my primary care physician for a long time now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. I went in for routine and discussed allergies to Dr. Patterson. He knew from my description exactly what I needed. I spent all weekend outside without a runny nose, sneezing fit or congestion. I thought to myself why didn't I talk to him about this sooner. I was switching to find the best over counter medicine Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, Advil cold and sinus, and Benadryl. I did this forever and got no relief. I also have tried a specialist before speaking to Dr. Patterson. I was pricked up and down my arms. Now I know that was such a waste of time. I even went to an Urgent care facility for it before. That was another waste of time & money! Finally, I am allergy free and can breathe. Thank you, Dr. Patterson! The staff is so efficient. They are very equipped with the most up to date information. My bill was due when I came in. The front desk politely asked me if I wanted to pay it. I was so surprised that she was so passive and nice. It made realize these ladies must have trouble with people not paying and getting angry at them. I told her of course I want to settle up that bill immediately. She asked very nicely the whole balance. I told her Yes of course I don't want an outstanding medical bill out there. Dr. Patterson's staff is genuine & cares about their patients."

"Horrible experience. Dr Baker was not only late but extremely loud and rude. She walked in the room and told me that I could only tell her some of my health issues and I'd have to make another appointment to come in again for everything else. She refused to do blood work and only agreed after I demanded it be done (I was having hypothyroidism symptoms). I was told that I "didn't have real insurance, only Obamacare" and that's why my $500+ visit was only ten minutes long. The staff are also rude and seem to only care about money and not the quality of care of their patients. When I called and talked to the "office manager" (after FOUR different unanswered messages left), I was told that legally they can charge that, so they do. You couldn't pay me to go back to that lousy office."

"Dr. Patterson has been my GP for about 10 years now and he's one of the best around! After moving out of the state and failing to find another doctor as good as him, I now wait until I go back to Missouri to visit family and schedule an appointment with him. I highly recommend this doctor!"
