Each and every employee went above and beyond for me during and after my appointment. I will definitely make this location my one and only! "first time going, won’t be going back. staff were very nice, the doctor not so much. she was rude and had a bad attitude as soon as she came in the room. was very fast, felt like they just wanted me out the door. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend, there’s better doctors out there that will take their time and be nice to you."
"Purchased Glasses here about a month and half ago, was never contacted when they were ready, such as I had to call and then was told they were ready. Not even a month and half later, they lense on the left top middle has developed a hairline crack... this is something I have experienced with my Clarkson Eye Glasses before, the lenses being overtightened, and developing chips, I can't wait to pay the 10 percent of what ever it's going to cost to fix, even though this isn't my fault... I probably won't be back to Clarkson Eyecare again..."
"The worst experience ever!!! The doctor was rude, impatient and unprofessional. My daughter took my premie granddaughter here last week, the doctor openly admitted that she doubted the eye prescription was accurate, yet, still filled and charged insurance for the script. Then told my daughter not to bring her back. We are currently disputing the charges and will not be picking up the lenses. If she couldn't handle the child, she should have stopped th exam. Not write an useless script. Terrible and shame on you!"
