"I had been a loyal customer for over ten years, but never again! My quotes over the phone have always been exact, after purchasing my vehicle I called to finish process and it was $150 more. After pictures where submitted my insurance policy went up $200, due to the truck having a tool box. They accused me of using it at my job. Seriously? Total of $800 to start $650 a month! I don't like my employer that much to lie! I'd go thru my company for insurance if I did use it for them! FYI: DON'T SUBMIT PHOTOS WITH A TOOLBOX!!! THEY MAY CHARGE YOU!"

"Don't waist your money they communicate fraud I'm trying to a lawyer to address the issue of fraud because they take your money but they don't take care of your problem and they change your policy whenever you do have a problem"

"Vince Romas is a liar! Best service I had in any car insurance. Maybe if you go with respect instead of going to a car insurance all disrespectful and asking hypothetical question. I checked his reviews he left and they all negative. He haves 3 good reviews in all of his 8 reviews. So what they should tell you. If you keep getting bad “attitude” then you must be doing something wrong. Because I went to all the reviews places he left and I was served with excellent experience because I’m very respectful."

"This is the worst office I've ever been to. The women there do absolutely nothing at all to help you. Don't expect for them to answer the phone or give you a call back at all. Avoid them at all cost..Would give zero stars if possible."

"Long lines, truly cut rate insurance, do not need to have a DL for insurance (not the non-drivers insurance either, but regular insurance) and the Tow premium that is not optional SUCKS! Was stranded on 610 on a Saturday called towing services through Fred Loya, no answer as its closed on the weekend, per Fred Loya agent. Once my 6 months up State Farm her I come."
