The improvement to my son's skill and conditioning is wonderful, but it's the changes to his confidence that have really impressed me the most. He has turned from being shy and too afraid to even walk through the door of the boxing gym, to someone who can't wait to go to practice and is one of the first to cheer on his teammates. "I’ve been training here for 5 years now and Coach Jamaal and John Lawson are some of the greatest people you’ll ever meet! They treat you like family and are so positive to be around. They have decades of boxing knowledge that I assure you, you will not find at any other gym. Jamaal coached me through 3 Golden Glove titles and a Texas State Golden Gloves final! Honestly one of the best boxing gyms you’ll ever set foot in. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone trying to learn how to fight, learn self defense or just want to get in shape. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!"
