"Overpriced goods. Order came out wrong. Had to go return it and then pick up the corrected one. I got stuck in traffic and called the store to tell them I will be there by 5.05 pm to pick up the goods (5 pm closing time), but was told they will be gone. Also refused to ship the goods. I would expect better service especially since they charge $45 for a team shirt that probably costs not more than $5 in cost. Stay away. And in response to the store's comments: yes, stuff happens. No problem with that. How you handle after stuff happens is what matters. You got the order wrong, we had to get the goods dropped off. I am coming to pick up the fixed stuff and then I get the response "tough luck, we do not hang around 5 more minutes"? I am sorry, service is expected to improve with price."

"I would like to send out a huge shout out to Melba and her staff. I dropped into the store before I had received confirmation that my sons athletic workout uniforms were ready. Just thought I would check. The store was extremely busy but all working staff were kind and eager to help everyone. Melba (the store manager) went above and beyond to have my sons uniforms printed out immediately. I was leaving the country soon, and she helped me in a huge way to go back and have his uniforms printed. She brought them out to me still hot with the logos still needing to dry and cool. I can not thank Melba enough and want to say that even in a small store, filled with waiting parents, her staff was ALL very kind and friendly. I have another son coming up in school age so I will be seeing more of the Locker Room, Miss Melba, and her staff for many years to come."

"Terrible customer service. Placed an order online, eventually once the website finally worked. Weeks later I send an email since I can never get anyone to pick up the phone to check on status. Get a call back the next day saying my order is in and I can come pick it up. What? Why would I pick it up? They REFUSE to ship it. Won't even try. It doesn't say that anywhere on the order process, receipt, or confirmation email. Fine, just cancel the order, I don't have time to drive all the way over there for this overpriced junk anyway. They also do not offer exchanges or refunds. How is this company still in business? Fine. Charge Back. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. ========================================================= Edit: I am revising. Looks like a confluence of situations that neither side fully understood about the other. The owner went above and beyond for me and my family here and I am extremely thankful. I dont want to post exactly what he did, but really, thank you. COVID and virtual school is a drain on work/life right now, and expectations on my end were that this would just be shipped like the endless stream of amazon boxes I get. However, talking to the owner, and they have a very legit issue with the kind of branded athletic wear for the schools they do, to need folks to come pick things up. Its an interesting point of view and one I had not considered. Again, thank you, and next year I will be better prepared and understanding of the situation they find themselves in. And hopefully, COVID will just be a memory."

"It’s very frustrating to place an order with this company to say the least. Website was down for awhile and had to call them to tell them it didn’t work. They don’t like to answer their phone. After 4 days I finally got the order in. Don’t expect to receive a phone call or email from them when your order does come in. They told me they called but I never got a call. Had to drive up there to check on my order cause nobody would answer the phone when I called. Wish there was another company to order from that has better customer service."
