"If you need a fitting (ie for Pointe shoes) be prepared to wait. For maybe 2-3 hours especially if you go on a Saturday. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful, but they do not take appointments so make sure you budget plenty of time. What we thought would be relatively quick errand ended up taking the entire afternoon."
