"I have had a wonderful time with Amaresh. His classes feature a variety of exercises and meditation so no class is ever the same. He is flexible with scheduling and even with working around a busy schedule I am always able to get my classes in for the week. Amaresh brings a refreshing traditional approach to yoga that you won't find in most yoga studios. He puts an emphasis on meditation that you cannot find elsewhere as well. Each class beings with an assessment of your physical and mental well being so that Amaresh can cater the class to what your body and mind need. I am truly enjoying his class. In comparison to the American yoga I have done, it is must slower paced."
