"Came to a back to school physical intake at the church. Arrived at 8:30am ( it started at 9) & I'm still here. It's very unorganized & dysfunctional. No valid instructions have been given and hrs after sitting here we learned that the forms should be turned in after they have them out. Which no one did. Also that people from the previous day we're given appointments and that they will be first priority. Even though the flyers and design outside stated no appointments. We are literally watching people walking and walk out with services yet we are still sitting here. This is one of the most unprofessional unorganized events that I've ever seen in my life. The sad part is that it's in the urban area so they make no effort to provide the same care & service that would be given to other demographic regions."

"Love coming here! I’ve never had a bad experience! Every time me or my husband go we have had the NICEST people help us! The woman at the front desk is so nice! It seems she is always In a good mood and willing to help. The women that call u to the window are friendly and helpful. The dentists/students are really nice as well. Seriously we have gone here roughly 10 times and have NEVER had a bad experience at all! Waits are long but well Worth it."
