"NO GOOD! Wasted my time on hold after being disconnected twice. Some operators do not speak English very well. Tell them that and they disconnect the call. Then you start over and they say you can wait for an hour or more. And they don't call you back when you choose that option. This went on for 2 days and I've decided I will not be able to work with this outfit. Terrible even for this era of lousy customer service."

"My monthly supply never arrived. Went online and it said , in progress, estimated ship date, TBD. You get no where online. No links, no info, no chat. You must call. They said they needed an extension prescription. I asked why they had not called my doctor or me. So I called my doctor, he had sent the prescription on 4/28, he sent another on on 5/1. I have not heard any thing. Diabetic,no supplies, no info, why can’t they call my doctor. Poor service, and did nothing to really help. Just one phone call to my doctor. Instead, I emailed twice, called twice, doctor called twice. Unacceptable."

"The do not have anything on here lower than 1 star so thats what it will be. CCS has lied to me, Medicare and other customers. I am eligible for the G7 unit. They claimed I was not able to get that unit yet due to not enough time had passed from the G6. Had to get Medicare fraud department involved more than 3 times in past 2 weeks. They told myself and the Medicare people that I had 3 options to get the new G7. #1 Just stick with my non-working G6 unit. #2 Pay full price for G7 unit and submit paperwork to Medicare for reimbursement. #3 They said they have a "Special Program" thru DEXCOM to get Medicare patients the new G7 for $67.33 (I called and spoke in great detail to DEXCOM and they are totally unaware of ANY programs with any company.) These options were said to myself and Medicare, Every time I call CCS Medical I get a different story every single time. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
