"My martial arts journey started over 25 years ago in a college Jiu Jitsu class when everyone was caught up in the MMA craze but knew nothing. 25 years, two states and several disciplines later, my experience in Wing Chun with Sifu David Lott has been a series of epiphanies. There are certain fundamentals that all combative arts have in common, and Sifu David is one of the few I have met that does not cut corners. Wing Chun is simple yet powerful and Sifu David can teach and demonstrate the pragmatic applications of Wing Chun. The art of controlling your emotions in order to control your body is an important ability you will learn. Just like all skills worth acquiring, it takes commitment and focus, and with Sifu David’s help anyone can become proficient in this great art."

"I have been training with David for about one year now. I am a second degree black belt in American kenpo - wing chun is a different style. I believe if you get a chance to come and learn it will help you. David has been teaching since 1990. I would recommend him, he is a very good teacher, you will learn a lot of different things in wing chun. I have been learning martial arts going on 9 years now. There are several things you get out of learning martial arts. One thing is not just learning to defend yourself, but also, importantly, confidence in your self. I believe it is important to learn as much as you can. You may be fighting and, all of the sudden, you are standing, you are kicking, or you are on the ground -you never know- but it would be good to learn all different situations. If you are in trouble, at lease you will know how to defend yourself. You will learn a lot from David in wing chun. I would recommend him. One thing for sure in wing chun is that a fight can be over very fast, and judging from what I have learned so far - and I've only been here for one year. Thank you!"
