"They do not respect schedules and do not respect what they say. I called to ask what time I could take my son. and they told me that an appointment was not needed, just arrive before closing time. which here in google appears that at 6pm. So I decided to leave my work hour to take my son on time. I got there at 4:30 pm only to be told that they couldn't take care of my son anymore because they closed at 5pm . Even so, it was still 30 minutes before its closing time. There was only one person waiting. I explained to them thats why I called them with time. but they still did not accept me and the person on the front desk just ignore me . Thats principal reason why I decided to change my clinic to another one. I just discovered they just change owner and name maybe that’s the reason for the bad service and attention ."

"If I could give you fewer stars I would, the schedules posted here are a total lie, you don't care about the little ones, you don't love your job because those who love their job prioritize the health of the children. They disappoint me and I hope they don't delete my comment and many people can see it, I never, ever make offensive or rude comments, this won't be the first time, but I'm outraged that they say they close at 6 pm and I arrive 15 minutes before 5 pm and they tell me that they no longer serve? So why are their schedules not updated on the page? If they close at 5, update the time because this way we don't waste time in your clinic. Reader, if your child needs an important check-up, not urgent but important, please do not come here without first calling and making sure that they will attend to you, otherwise you will waste your time and you will only get angry. I hope that in the future they will be more professional because otherwise they will be left without clients, respect the order of each person noted on the list."
