"Worst experience ever I was trying to get a quote the lady on her phone said give her 10 minutes she is with someone In the office cool fine I’ll wait two hours later I called they hung up the phone three times in my face they will answer then hang up finally after a couple tries finally got someone and I asked for the manager because that was rude and nasty she said she isn’t there and went ahead and asked why I was mid talking and she hangs up! "Everyone needs Insurance, what we don't need is attitude paired with poor customer service. I walked in to purchase insurance and had the unfortunate timing of getting paired with "estefani." I brought my elderly grandfather along for the ride and she was cold and unfriendly to him, despite him being a generally friendly and playful man. She kept it short and inpersonal which would have been fine if she didn't start inventing ways for them not to take my business. I got the policy when it's all said and done because she is not fred loya, she is just an unhappy person that works for fred loya. #writeyourfullname"
