I used to dread going to drop my packages every day but this has been such an amazing change. Their staff is always nothing but friendly and willing to scan my many packages so I can get a receipt. No matter how many I bring that day. If I had any questions they were happy to help. I love this location and it truly feels great to know your packages are handled with care and efficiency. Even my husband says it's nice to see me leave a mail place with a smile on my face and not just frustrated. What was an stressful change has become a blessing in disguise. "I’ve always had a very pleasant experience and great service at this UPS location. Even when the place is extremely busy, the employees will go as fast as you do. With the line out the door I was in and out in less than 10 minutes returning six separate Amazon orders . As long as you have all of your things in order, they can take care of you, fast and efficiently. I’m sure the negative reviews only reflect people who are unprepared. I’m glad this location is close to home as it is my go to UPS store!"
