"Don’t use this company. I Got a policy in January 2024 and paid in full for 6 months. They over charged me $1,071 I’m still waiting for refund 2 months later I call and never get a return call cause my agent is never available and neither is Vivian the manager. Once they get your money they no longer help with issues on policy."

"My mom went in to ger her id cards ended up saying her policy was expired cause we never sent them the pictures of a vehicle that had full coverage keep in mind i did send them i have proof.. anyways my mom calls me and tells me i go over and see whats the issue and showed the manager proof that i sent over the pictures she asked for. She said oh so now they wanted my mom to pay alot alot to start the policy again i told her why were gonna pay if yall not doing their job right i asked her whos in charge of the txt message she said everyone is so they just saw my message and left jt alone they didnt send it pver to the policy ask her for the info of the owner she cant give me info so hopefully she abel To call us and see what we can fix so we went to another insurance asked for a quote and we had progressive and amax said it was too expensive and guess what the place we went to gave us same insurance with progressive half the price way cheaper than amax"
