"Im in disbelief. I'm here this morning while a young lady working the counter is as slow as a lizard. No apologies. No eye contact. There are 7 people (included me) waiting for about 30 minutes thus far. She's still on the same customer. Where's Management??? Theres always a line and people looking as if they HATE their job every time I come in. The manager is great at hopping in to help when he's here. Today is unbelievable. Kevin came in and showed a true sense of urgency! She could use some retraining"
