"Trying to get an appointment here is a joke! This is the second attempt for an appointment, the first time I left a message then waited 3 days for no one to call back. Today I was told only one physician at this facility treated patients for ADHD and that appointment could not be scheduled till mid September! Also, the receptionist could’ve been a little bit nicer."

"While Kyleigh is absolutely amazing, the office staff in this office is atrocious. Rachel at the front desk could not care less about you, your children or what is going on. She was beyond rude to me while I was literally crying begging for them to see my son. They give a “15 minute grace period” if you’re running late for your appointment (god forbid you get stuck in Weatherford traffic) but they don’t honor that 15 minute window. In fact, everyone will supposedly leave the office before your window is up. So when you arrive within that window, you’re told you need to reschedule “some other time”. Zero sense of urgency or concern at all for my child. An appointment that I called at 8 am to schedule, that would have taken 5 minutes MAX with a provider, ended up turning into a 4 hour long trip to urgent care as a single mom of twins. Unnecessarily exposing both my sick baby and his sister who wasn’t sick yet to tons of additional germs. Keep in mind again, these are micro preemies that aren’t even a year old, so their immune systems are still very weak. That is a potentially very dangerous situation for them. I cannot deter you enough from this office. Not to mention the fact that a prescription was sent to the cook children’s hospital pharmacy for my premature daughter who had just gotten out of the NICU and become a patient here. The pharmacist that filled it looked at my tiny baby and looked at the dosage and was appalled. He had to correct the dosage because what she was prescribed would have seriously hurt her. As a new Mom with no medical background, I would have never thought to question a medication dosage prescribed by a doctor. But thank God that pharmacist did. Just trust me. Stay away from this office if you value your sanity and children’s safety. I’ve never run into people like this at any other pediatricians office in my life. And when you discuss your concerns with the manager of the office, and you THINK you’re heard… you’re not. They have no intention of correcting their behavior or how they treat their patients/families. It’s easier to get rid of the patient than address the employee’s wrong doing."

"Terrible office staff good luck EVER getting an appointment when your child is sick there will be no available appointments for months sometimes the staff is absolutely awful.. the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my 13 years of motherhood. Strongly advise against this office. The doctor IF you ever get a chance to meet her is amazing but does not have a good team supporting her."
