I hate going in when he’s there! Dr. Munoz is not a good look for this office at all."

"Took my daughters to the Drs today worst experience!! My 1 yr old got bites so i took her in to see why they had gotten so ugly the dr asked me if i was putting something on her i showed him what i was applying and he just said to continue to apply it!! Instead of prescribing something for her. I Also took my 4 yr old who doesn't want to eat anything at all so i mentioned it to him and he told me to basically starve her!!! I told him if he could check if her iron was maybe low and he continued to say a year ago she was fine!! In 1 year anything can change. I would rate it 0 stars sadly i can't."

"My younger brother was taken with many symptoms and only had a covid test done after requesting to have other tests done. Took him to another clinic and turns out he has Flu A and no covid. By the way I still haven’t gotten any results for the covid test that was done there."

"I am beyond annoyed. I took my son there to get his year old vaccines and they haven’t returned me his vaccination card. The receptionist is so rude every time I call to ask if the have it ready. It’s been over two weeks! It’s ridiculous. I can’t even get a hold of them because they hardly ever answer their phones and I can’t go to another place because they are the ones who have his records it’s so frustrating."

"Rating one star because of staff. I’m not sure why but front desk receptionist always seems to be in a bad mood. I always dread seeing her. Not friendly. Not helpful at all! It’s not just her but the whole front staff. Parents bring their children to be helped and comforted but when you have front staff that are not friendly it doesn’t help. That’s the first impression people see."
