"They get the job done, but it's not very organized, and they can be a bit rude sometimes. Make sure to take the whole day off if you have an appointment. You'll be there all day."
"I called to make an appointment and apparently there are no appointments until November??? How are you suppose to be a clinic to help people and you can even get anyone seen! When I asked if I could be a walk in they said that the providers pick and choose who they see. I had got extremely sick last week, i home tested myself for covid (it was negative) but I’ve been having really bad respiratory problems and still can’t be seen. & whatever I have is contagious. My 1 year old gave it to me. Every clinica del valle doesn’t answer I’ve called this one, pharr and mission and NONE ANSWER. What a joke of a clinic."
"I came in today, as a walk in for an ear infection. I’m already bummed because I went to the Donna one, “no doctors all week so I can’t be seen, but you can check out Mercedes one”. I didn’t want to make a drive as far, so I stop at another clinic as a new patient, and gets denied because I don’t have insurance card on me, but they cannot search me up, so I came to Mercedes’, I tell the receptionist “I’m here as a walk in, I have an ear infection” she tells me “I don’t have appointments until November”… I’m not here for an appointment, so I can’t be seen as a walk in ? She tells me “I mean yeah, but it’s appointments first and until someone CANCELLS then we can take a walk in, the lobby was empty… the lady was rude and unprofessional. I just left, a waste of my time."
"There was one my step dad and one other lady. Appointment was at 2pm it’s almost 4 and all they’ve done is collect for the visit and taken his vitals! Don’t understand why it takes so long to get seen when they don’t even have people here! Definitely am changing my step dad this place sucks."
