"I've called several times since the last review. No disconnects! And, finally met Dr. McDougal and many of his lovely staff. Very competent and kind. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I chose Dr. McDougal because he offers home care -- never been in the office or met Dr. McDougal. The nursing staff is great. The problem is initiating and completing calls to the office without disconnects. It doesn’t happen ALL the time, but more than just occasionally. • Disconnects after a few rings • Disconnects when put on hold • Disconnects when transferred to another person • Disconnects when speaking to the person to whom you were transferred You cannot send a text You cannot go to a website to leave a message You cannot send an email You can post a question but the whole world sees it, and I have no idea if it works Here's the message before you post. Your posts will appear on Google services across the web, like Maps and Search, and on thirty party sites and apps that use Google services. Your posts must comply with Google’s policies.
